"Prepped, repaired and painted deck. Promp, professional and expert job."

"The windows were installed by two polite and competent young men. They did an excellent job except for not yet cleaning the adhesive off the installed windows. Also I am waiting for the replacement of two screens that did not fit so they had to be made over again. The fit was off because of adjustments that had to be made on half circle windows fitted into a non-standard cut."

I am sole owner and local small business man here in Manchester. Life long resident. I own a restaurant in town, a small machine shop and have been in maintenance all of my life. I am coming close to retiring from a local government contract I have been with over 25 years. I have started this business because I love to “fix stuff”. This is what I wish to do in my retirement future. If I can’t do it, I know enough people in town that can. I am a people person and enjoy helping folks. I look forward to meeting all of you.

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Perfect, repair company showed up when exactly, explained issue, and completed repair in under an hour"
