8 months past the completion date stated on the contract and still much work still needs to be done. Fired contractor due to not being on time and completing work in a timely manner as the contract stated.

Excellent experience working with Toliver Construction. They paid attention to the details and did great work on the three separate tasks. Gabe provided a very detailed estimate of the work and reviewed each task. Jeremy (owner) checked on the jobs several times during the work. I have already discussed another project for next year with Jeremey and will use Toliver Construction to perform the work.

He did what we agreed on and completed the job to our satisfaction. We would hire him again. As a matter of fact we did get him to remodel our kitchen later and was pleased with this job too.
