We filed the police report, and he was actually arrested two days later while appearing in front of the judge on four other warrants. He was placed in jail with a 10,000 dollar bond. The court date was set for May 7th. He showed up 45 mins late for court. Claimed he hired a lawyer. And the judge reset the court date for May 28, 2008. There are 10 warrants on this man for theft. A few are felony theft charges, including mine. This man has no business running a place in our community. Please do not buy from this man and risk being ripped off like the rest of us have been.
