Horrible!! Zach never answered his phone. He was never on time. The official business owner, Stephanie also never answered her phone. She would sporadically reply to emails. The "business" phone number changed at least three to four times during two months. We paid for the wire in advance. Zach bought and installed the incorrect wire, resulting in $300 wasted. At the end of the day, we are out $800, and the job was left unfinished including holes in my wall, trim ripped off the baseboard, and several other issues that were not present before we hired Leak Made. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!

In an attempt to help out a new local business, we hired Stephanie & Zach in June 2020 to perform multiple projects. One was to run a 220 wire from breaker box in our garage to an outdoor outlet. Another was to get a hot tub up and running. After unnecessary demolition and holes in our walls and more than $800 later, we have no resolution to the outlet, no working hot tub, and no response from Leak Made LLC. After multiple attempts via phone, text, and email, as well as more than ample opportunity to make things right (more than three months), we were promised a $130 refund and the holes patched in our wall. That didn’t happen either. This company changes phone numbers frequently and is loosely insured but not bonded. Meaning, their work is not covered. Buyer beware. Steer clear from this company. Pictures of shoddy workmanship and property damage are attached. After trying to let the owner(s) of this business make things right with us for more than three months, I am sharing this information with the community so that others will not be treated the same way that we were, taken advantage of, left with larger, more expensive issues than we began with, and unable to afford them because of paying for jobs that were never completed.
