James was texted on a Sunday evening, and responded immediately, promising to call the following morning. James called and made arrangements to fit us into his busy schedule that afternoon. He was able to quickly diagnose and troubleshoot both an electrical, as well as mechanical issue with our upstairs air conditioning unit. As with the two prior service calls (on the downstairs heating/air conditioning system) James responded quickly to help, quickly fixed the problem and did so at a very fair price. To top it off, James is a very nice guy and his professionalism and work ethic will ensure that we will recommend him to others when possible.
