This guy is a thief and a dirtbag paid him for a job and left me floor undone and apart when I have a disabled son and got hurt because everyone in this company is untrustworthy and nothing but scumbags my lawyers will take care of this guy and I WILL GET MY MONET BACK ONE WAY OR ANOTHER

First off, Douglas Jeff Warren Jr of APEX Contractor Group likes to imply that people who leave him bad reviews are lying, so I made sure we have a paper trail. I sued him in Cambell County court, case number 2024-CV-558, where I received a $10k judgement and court costs. If anybody reading this has also been hurt by this man, reach out to me here on HomeAdvisor maybe I can help you. Jeff of APEX found me via Angi or HomeAdvisor here, and he quoted me on a bathroom remodel for 20k on September 7, 2023. I paid a 10k deposit, and then literally never saw him in person again until our court date nine months later on June 3rd, 2024. The character limit hurts, but in short he never did a single part of the job and still ha sn't returned the deposit. I literally had to drag him to court and get a judgement, which he still has not paid. He likes to pretend that corporate is stopping him from doing things, or even making him to do actually illegal things. He is, of course, the sole corporate officer of the company and also the company was in administrative dissolution from Aug to Nov 2023 because of his failure to do paperwork and was not actually legally allowed to take on new work, so the judgement pierced the corporate veil and was against Jeff himself. Jeff Warren of Apex builders is a criminal and a thief. He has threatened to kill me and has stolen $25,000 from me. He sent me a threatening letter advising me to not appear in court to try to recover my stolen money. Jeff Warren is not a licensed builder, he is an incompetent contractor with no building skills. Do not ever hire this company or you will lose your money to this thief.
