Kevin’s service was excellent. He was very prompt in answering my initial inquiry and scheduling a time to perform the survey. He completed recovering the corner pins of my property and marking each one in about 45 minutes then took time to show me where they were.

It went great he was prompt and detailed. Helped us out and was very professional. Would recommend him 10x.

Kevin was very responsive on email and we'd sent several msgs back and forth sorting out what I was looking for him to do, he researched the property documents and then came onsite and searched for the original property line pins and measured everything out and then staked where the pins were located so I now know exactly where the property lines are.

Very polite and really went the extra mile for us.  We were looking at some land in Brentwood and they bent over backwards trying to talk to the Brentwood planning commissions as well as walking the land and trying to create a parcel map for us.  Unfortunately, due to Brentwood's ridiculous planning department, they would not allow us to buy anything less than 5 acres of land at a time.  So we never completed the survey, but speaking with them and having them jump through all the hoops for us and finally giving us a good recommendation on how to work on the land in the future left us feeling really good.  We will definitely contact them in the future if we look at more land to purchase.

My next door neighbor is moving and we never could find all of the markings in our yard for the lot lines, so we thought this would be a good time to find someone who could do this for us.
I found Edmonson Surveying Services on Angie's List and gave them a call. Kevin responded to my call promptly and fit us in right away. He also gave me a call to let me know when he would be arriving that afternoon. Nice to get a "heads up"! I explained what we needed done and Kevin was able to find all of the markers for us and he staked them and attached ribbon so that they are easily seen. He also gave us a copy of our parcel with the lines, once again, clearly marked.
Great experience, start to finish. Kevin is prompt, fair and professional. If we need further surveying in the future, we would not hesitate to call on Kevin again.

Kevin and helper were wonderful!
He came out to mark our property lines so that we could separate a driveway that we share with our neighbor. He found all of the original property markers and even drilled through the asphalt in the driveway to expose the marker/pipe that was underneath.
He was extremely thorough and his communication of the process was excellent. We are very pleased with his service and have already recommended him to a friend.

Kevin was very professional and polite. Not only did he survey my land, but he also helped me understand the original builders plat that I received when I purchased my house. He was very informative and provided several options for the different surveying services (like iron rod and flag markers) I needed in order to properly plan a fence. He provided honest quotes up front for a basic survey and a more complicated one that required him to utilize his survey equipment. I would definitely use Kevin's services and expertise again!

Mr. Kevin Edmondson was exactly what we were looking for.
As first time home buyers, this was our first experience shopping for a land surveyor. Edmondson had perfect reviews on Angie's List, so I called him for a quote. Kevin asked me to send him an email with the owner's name and the address and he would return quickly with a price quote.
Within two days, he quoted us for two different phases. The first phase was $250, which entailed him performing a basic land survey by assessing the deed to find the metal stakes marking our property buried in the ground and marking them clearly. The second phase was an additional $150, which would include writing a formal document for our records. Since we were only using him to find where our property lines were so we could install a fence, we decided to only utilize phase one.
Kevin showed up on time, had all the proper tools, and was very professional yet approachable in his demeanor. He provided a very thorough explanation of our property and the history behind our property lines, even going so far as to show us exactly where our neighbors property marker stakes on either side of our house.
Kevin clearly enjoys his job, and provides excellent service.
