We had a problem that occurred months after the remodel was complete that ruined our new refrigerator. Zuercher not only came back out to correct the original problem, but they also paid for a new refrigerator, its installation and removal of the old one. We are amazed at their integrity and ownership of the problem, and extremely grateful that we were made 100% whole. We would hire them again in a heartbeat, and plan to!

Responded same day to an electrical problem with kitchen flourescent fixtures. Came with  all the right parts. Fixed it promptly. The tech was very courteous.

Absolutely great. I've used them before and they were good then as well. I highly recommend this company. There prices are very reasonable. They also clean up any mess that was made.

They are excellent. The men who work with him, I mean his workers are superb. I highly recommend them to be used by other people. They did their work as far as the wiring is concerned. It was finely and well done. People were nice. For the price concern, I thought it was fair with what they charged us. And when they actually finished doing the job, they scrubbed the whole floor of the basement they have worked in and they don't have to do that. They are very clean, too. They have a cheaper price and you will get what you paid for and I felt we got what we paid for.

ZEC was on time and had the materials needed to complete the job. We have used this company since we moved here and have been especially pleased with the professionalism, attention to detail and work ethic. ZEC is our "go-to" company for all our electrical needs.

The work was done within the estimated price. It was done professionally and the electrician was very personable. He even corrected a few problems from work done when the house was originally built. I would highly recommend this company.

This was a two day job.  Because of weather it was a few days between the start and finish. Understandable as this installation was on the roof of a two story home. The installation went well and on time to meet the TVA deadline and working around the weather.  The two workers Bryron and Daniel knew their job and were Certified Solar PV Installers.  They also accommodated my request for little things and they had very pleasant personality.  Clean up ..... Yes!

We have been very happy with them. They came on time. They were courteous. They did a wonderful job for us.

After looking up electricians in Angie's list I called ZEC. I was given an appointment for an estimate the following day with the option of having them completed at the time of the estimate. Jim arrived right on time,was professional and polite. After a thorough list of items I was requesting, Jim got right to work. We decided that it would take a few visits to complete the multiple items on my list. At the end of the day, I was provided with a bill and told that I could pay him when he came back to complete the additional services. I called them back a few weeks later to complete the checklist and Jim promptly showed up as promised and quickly went to work.

Jim was efficient with his time, clearly knew what to do in each circumstance, and made sure that I understood everything he was going to do. I appreciated Jim's suggestions, money saving tips, and quality work. I will certainly call ZEC anytime we need additional electrical services.

The company worked with our limited availability to schedule a technician.  The technician arrived on time and was very professional.  He worked with us to identify an existing electrical source connected to an existing switch that would allow us to turn lights on and off from a convenient location within the home using existing switch.  The work was completed quickly and efficiently.  The technical cleaned up the work area and ensured all our questions were answered before leaving.

We requested a quote for the work.  Approved it and scheduled the work. The company worked with our limited availability to get a technician scheduled at a time convenient to us.  They arrived on time and were very professional.  They explained what they would be doing, did the work quickly and correctly, then cleaned up the work area.  Once completed, they explained how the electircal panel protector works and what to look for if we think the house has been subjected to a power surge. They explained that if the Sycom unit is tripped we simply call them and they will return and install a new Sycom charging only for the service fee.
We were very pleased with the caliber of technician's knowledge and the quality of his work.

They did a clean and beautiful job. I didn't meet him but my husband said the employee was wonderful and very professional.
