Vet tried 6 times, 3 on each mare. Neither mare settled. When we went to pick them up, one mares leg was badly damaged with several deep cuts. They offered no explanation, did offer treatment after I saw it. Took her to another vet, they didn't recommend AI because part of her uterus was missing.

They are attentive and friendly to the dog. They do not want you to just drop the dog off, they want to spend time with the dog. They want to get to know the dog before they do anything to it. The price is high and they are more expensive than other veterinarians. They are awesome.

To begin with they were very very late as in an hour and a half. no letting anyone know that they were running late. vet tech who took us back was fine. took health history and reason for visit. then the vet Dr. Summers came in, didnt look at the notes the vet tech wrote, started her exam. she wanted to do bloodwork and xrays. if i had known in advance that you couldnt be with your animal, i never would have made the appt. but after 2 hrs with a 17 y/o cat decided to let them do bloodwork and xrays. she had a uti. dr summers didn't like the fact that i told her no on one of the medications because i wasn't familar with it. told her i wanted to research it more.
got the bill which i thought was way too much. when i ask for a written diagnosis and copy of bloodwork, she came into the waiting room and started and quot;ranting and ravingand quot; about how she' d never been challenged by a client before and how i was going go on the internet and look things up. Bottom line, they are my animals and i have the final say in their treatment. i told her that i would be happier somewhere else and she said, and quot;i m sure you wouldand quot;.
for some people that may work but doesnt work for me. i am used to being with my animals throughout the exam process and the decision making and never had a problem with this before we moved here. i finally found a fabulous vet in crossville- dr. lisa jividen of plateau animal hospital. i would highly recommend her.

Dr. Bussey is a very good doctor. I told him that my dog was coughing a lot. Instead of running a bunch of expensive tests he just went with what he thought it was, and he was right. He saved me a lot of money.

I was treated warmly and all questions answered. The vet was affectionate and professional with my dog. She also treated my little boy kindly and allowed him to hear the dog's heartbeat fromthe stethoscope. an excellent visit.

Dr. Bristol was very friendly and even called to check up on my dog. They have a wonderful staff and the doctor is exceptional. Finding a vet that truly cares for your pet is sometimes difficult. Dr. Bristol is one of those vets.
