Our shower head in the master bedroom bathroom developed a leak. We had scheduled dates and times for Mr. Dotson. He had to change the schedule a couple of times due to other conflicts. He always let us know in advance when he was unable to keep the appointment. When he arrived he made the repair in a very professional manner. He had to replaced the Delta shower diverter. We are very happy with Mr. Dotson's work. We would recommend him to others.
