Everything went as planned and promised. Even followed up to make sure all was OK.

The hardwood would have been an A and the kitchen cabinets would be a C and the appliance would be and B. The person doing the instillation on the cabinets wasn’t as good and precise and the person who did the hardwood floors. The hardwood floors installer was perfect. The cabinet that was ordered was fine, it’s just the skill level of the installer wasn’t up to an A or B grade.

The purchase was easy, the sales clerk knowledgeable and helpful, he pointed out the positive and negative aspects of the various models I was considering, and helped me buy one that I am very happy with. The install crew was professional and helpful. I have no complaints at all.

We have been shopping with them for years. We have purchased a whole bunch of things recently from them. Everything was fine, except last week with the garage door order. The experience didn't go well and we canceled the order. It did not go well. They weren't following through what needed to do and delivering on the product. The appliance department has been great. The salesman had been great. The price was comparable.

The replacement windows began as scheduled and was done promptly. The contractor showed up when scheduled and also cleaned up as needed. They had a few problems when it came to rehanging the windows I had chosen, but he was able to work this out and the windows have been great. I have seen a reduction in my electric bill this year. Overall a great experience.
