Ian subcontracted all the plumbing and electrical work. He had a foreman there the whole time for 8 months supervising the entire project. They went just about two weeks past the estimated time frame that they first gave me. I was still very happy with the end result. I was there the whole time while they were building my home and they were willing to fix anything right away that I wasn't happy with.
