I guess they have a code that they have to follow where they have to compare your house to three other like houses within your neighborhood or a certain distance from your home and so they did so that I could refinance my home mortgage. They did a great job and not only gave did they give me good information but actually Beth who's the appraiser gave me great suggestions and that's one of the reasons I redid the windows and put in new cabinets. She told me how the markets were doing and that home appraisals were just now going up, so she not only gave me an appraisal but gave me advice on how to increase the value on my home but maintain the value of my home which was good. Beth and her brother who run this business are excellent and they do good work and you know that you have an unbiased opinion and I've known her for 30 years, so that kind of helps.
