The crew was very professional and did an outstanding job. The company was so easy to work with. We received several quotes and decided to go with Jeff Woods. They were not the most expensive or the cheapest but the job they did was nothing short of phenomenal!! I would definitely recommend Jeff Woods and if we have anything home needs we will hire them again.

I became interested in the Generac generator after visiting a home show in Crossville on Saturday, March 9, 2013. I left my name and phone number with Jimmy Roberson after finding out more about the product. I received a call on the following Monday and Jimmy came out that same afternoon for a free in-home consultation. It initially looked like I would have to buy a larger, more expensive generator to meet the needs of the whole house until Jimmy explained the possibility of load shedding with the same, smaller generator. I would still be able to have power for the A/C, heat, and hot water heater. By later that night, I had received a full quote for their services in my email account. SOLD!! Once I contacted them with the ok the following day, my installation was scheduled within a week.
I was extremely pleased with the service and installation of the generator. The men who came out (Jimmy, Roy, and Burke) were professional, courteous, and clearly knew what they were doing. They arrived promptly as promised, worked hard and well together, and cleaned everything up when they were finished - all in the same day.
I appreciated everyone's feedback to my questions and additional insight into the generator. Jimmy provided clear instructions on the use of the generator, walked me through the wireless monitor process and even took care of registering the warranty! A larger gas meter was also recommended early in the day and so there was still ample time to call and get the meter changed out by the gas company later that same day (for free).
Everyone from the installation team to the owner (Jeff Woods) and office manager (Lauralee) provided friendly, prompt service and follow-up before and after the installation. It was the easiest major purchase I've made for my house to date and I am happy to have used this company.
