Description of Work: Gil was very professional. He arrived the day after I called him. He was very thorough in the inspection process and it was also very informative. I was able to learn about the conditions, operations and functions of my home. The inspection took about three hours. Being a former engineer, he really guided me through the process and went above and beyond what I was expecting. The report was ready shortly after his visit via PDF and he also went so far as sending me a binder with a professionally presented Home Inspection Report as well as a list of home maintenance tips. I totally recommend him and give him five stars out of five.
