+ 0 moreAS I SAID ABOVE, I NEEDED MY DECK SANDED AND PAINTED. I'M STILL WAITING FOR HIM TO MAKE IT RIGHT FROM SEPTEMBER, 2014.
Description of Work: WAS TO SAND AND PAINT MY DECK. HE FIRED FIRST GUY; THEN, HE CAME OUT AND TRIED TO FIX SPOTS. IT HAS PEELED AND MY LIGHT GRAY I HAD ON BEFORE IS SHOWING. IT LOOKS AWFUL. HE FINALLY CAME BY TWO WEEKS AGO AND HE SAID HE NEVER SAW ANYTHING LIKE IT. HE WAS GOING TO CALL ME WHEN HE WAS DONE WITH A JOB AND THAT IS GOING ON THREE WEEKS. HE WAS EXTREMELY NICE, BUT I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY DECK TO BE REDONE.

+ -1 moreThis is the second job that Gene has done for us over the past 4 years. We're very happy with the way the new deck looks. It's very solid (no bounce). Gene and his helper Jojo were punctual, and they completed the job in the estimated 2 weeks. Gene is very reliable and does a professional job.
Description of Work: Demolished our 9 year old small elevated wood deck and replaced it with a 3 times larger Trex composite deck (framing, flooring, aluminum railing and bench). Gene also helped us design the layout of the deck along with suggesting appropriate materials.

+ 1 moreGood fair estimate. Project completed on time. Gene the contractor and staff were professional and polite. Great communication. Gene responded quickly to any questions or concerns. We spoke about the project on a regular basis.
Description of Work: Bathroom Remodel. Tiled bsthroom floor , built and tiled shower, replaced vanity, mirrors, lights, and fixtures and panted bathroom. In bedroom stripped wallpaper from walls, and re-painted and installed crown molding.

+ 1 moreGene worked with us to design the tub surround and bench, to pick out the tub style and manufacturer, faucet, and his wife even met us and the tile store to help us pick out the tile with appreciated suggestions. During this process, Gene always phoned and kept appointments as scheduled. Once all the parts had been delivered to our house, Gene and his helper Jeremy promptly started the installation job and completed it on schedule and on budget in 5 days. During the first couple of days Gene asked my wife and I for our opinions to insure that the framing work was being constructed as we envisioned. The job turned out beautifully, and we are very happy.
Description of Work: Added a new whirlpool bath tub with tile surround and built and tiled a new seat in the corner of the shower in our master bathroom. Also added two tile shelves in the shower corner. These were updates to our recently purchased 5 year old house. Since there had never been a bath tub in the bathroom, we also needed electricity, water, and a drain run to the new tub.
