They did a superb job in a very reasonable time. There were several stains in several places and these were all cleaned completely. They are pleasant to work with and very careful in their work. We have been using these guys for several years and are always completely satisfied.

The appointment was for 9:30 and he was here 9:05. An hour later he was done.Put his tools away and came in with shoe covers to wear. That was a first for me. The carpet was beautiful. After Larry left,I went out onto the porch and found that he had taken a hall runner I had folded and left on a bench, shampooed it and never said a word about it. I couldn't believe it. I will definitely have them back again. They are by far the best carpet cleaners I have ever had in my home.

The guys from Floor Covering Technologies did a fantastic job of cleaning it up.  They also brought in an ozone machine which made a big difference in getting rid of the smell.  I felt the price was reasonable, especially considering what they had to deal with. We would definitely use them again!

All of my dealings with Floor Covering Technologies were by telephone.  The lady I worked with - Ann, I think - was very helpful and patient.  It was very important to me that the work be done with as little fuss to my parents in-law as possible, but correctly, very thoroughly, and quickly.
My parents in-law reported that the company arrived on time, were professional, courteous, and helped move a few pieces of furniture they were not able to move by themselves.  The owner of the company came to their house himself and was there approximately 2 1/2 hours.  The outcome was gorgeous!
I had arranged to be billed directly so that my in-laws would not have to be bothered with the financial details.  Per my request, no mention of fees of billing was discussed with my parents in-law.  Everything was handled with me over the telephone in a professional, confidential manner.
This company was more professional and demonstrated more expertise than some of the high priced companies we have here in San Diego!  My in-laws were very pleased and asked how I ever found Floor Coverings Tech.  I told them, "Angie's List, it was easy!".

He comes out the day you call him. He is very professional and there isn't a stain he can't get out. I've used them 15-20 times over the years and they are the only company I would call. I get him to do our church as well.
