These people put in an oil viscosity different than the manufacturer recomendation. When questioned they indicated they knew better than the manufacturer.

"(removed member name) came in for the synthetic oil change special. It is a standard weight 10/30. (removed member name) never requested a special weight. This was his second visit to our location, on the first visit he inquired about Amsoil which we do not stock but informed him he could bring it in and we would use it. If (removed member name) wanted a certain oil that is not a problem however that would not be covered in the oil change special. After the fact is not a good time to ask questions."

My car was taken in right on schedule for my appointment. The work was done in about 30 minutes with no problems. Nice waiting area and very clean shop with modern equipment. Very helpful front office. I called several other service shops in the Crossville area and Express Automotive had the best price although all were within a +/- $10.00 range. The cost is higher since this was full synthetic oil. This was my first visit and I will continue to use Express Automotive for my service needs.

Express Automotive was very nice and professional while working on our car. They went out of their way to help us. When we brought our car to their shop, they gave us a ride home so we did not have to worry about it. They offer very prompt service and I would recommend them to anyone else looking for automotive repair.
