Erb Enterprises was sub contracted by our General Contractor for an extensive renovation of our home (basically from the subfloor up). He could not have picked better builders. Paul and Andrew were a fantastic team and brought our dream home to life. Their knowledge and experience was constantly shown by the manner in which they handled every facet of the building project. We were particularly happy with their attention to detail and uncompromising desire to get things right and the way we wanted. Often, we were given several options as to how a "problem" could be handled along with the pros and cons of each course of action so we would make an informed decision. Their efficiency of work helped to keep the project at budget, even with some "extras" thrown in along the way. Although the project took a little longer to complete than estimated (mostly due to circumstances uncontrolled or unforeseen by anyone), people are amazed that our house was ready in six months time, including the demolition phase.  Paul is not only a builder, but an artist in his own right.  His imaginative ideas during construction helped save us money and resulted in a better looking finished product.  We couldn't be happier with Erb Enterprises' performance.
