At first, the project was delayed, which at first I was understanding about. Because they bought their shrubbery at lowes they told me it would all be under warranty, even if anything dies. I got a bill for $90.00 for replacing four plants. When I called up they said it was in the contract and they . I told him that if I had known it I probably wouldn't have called them and he said, well then don't call me; and that was the owner, Gerry. The quality is very good. Pricing was a little rich and with this new experience, I wuold say more so. They were slow, we had to wait for things. They weren't able to come out quickly to be able to do this earlier in the year. The work they did was good, but getting them to do was kind of difficult. "The job included perennials, shrubs, and trees. The price was provided and agreed upon in advance. The timeliness was based on previous schedule, and plant availability, as previously explained. The plant guarantee is explained on the contract, which is agreed upon in advance. It covers the cost of the plants only (and only if provided by a vendor that guarantees them, i.e. Lowes), but the labor/time cost must be paid, since plant life is dependent on homeowner care."
