I had been trying for weeks to get my garage door opener fixed through a different company - see the review on Volunteer Hearth and Home. Today I was finally fed up with the poor customer service and called this company before writing the review on Angie's list. To my surprise, David from the company showed up on site less than 2 hours later - it could have actually been within the hour - I had just finished typing the review!
He had a motherboard on hand even though I hadn't told them what brand I had at the house. He replaced the motherboard, changed the batteries in my remotes, lubricated the door and springs, re-set the remotes and garage door bypass and was done in about 1/2 hour. He was courteous and efficient. I went to write a check and he said that he didn't collect money - they would bill me. I am impressed!!

We had only recently moved into our house in Crossville, TN and did not know who to call to repair the door. We looked on Angie's List for Garage Door people. We selected Crossville Door based on the reviews and proximity. We called the number listed, reached an answering machine, and left a message. Within less than an hour or so we received a call back. We explained the situation with the door. Mr. Les Brown arrived early, promptly went to work, and shortly had the door repaired and braced. He was very professional.
