Rick Crabtree arrived on time and performed an electrical test which revealed both capacitors were dead.
He had to go into town (15 miles) to pick up the parts and returned around 1 hour later when he replaced
the parts. He was very professional and courteous. We had used him before and were very happy with
his price and this time the cost was equally as low.

The process took approx 2.5 hours. The 2 men were
very efficient and professional. During the installation I asked quite a few questions mostly out of curiosity.
Rick and Scott were very knowledgeable. I really liked their friendly yet professional style.
Having delt with 3 other companies regarding other heat pump problems I finally found one I consider the best.
