They had a phenomenal work. What they did is superb. I had never had a house before but the way they came in, did it and accomplished the insulation pack maintains the house's temperature day and night. I would certainly use them again in the future.

Alvin Miller is  very professional in everything he does from the estimate to the final job.  He returned calls promptly and arrived promptly for the job. He made sure everything was done satisfactorily.

Alvin was the only one that returned my call and actually made an appointment to give us a "written" estimate (usually can't get anything in writing in this area).  His price was half of the price offered by Lowe's.  Workers were proficient, clean and concerned about the home they were working on.  I would highly recommend this company and we still may use them to do an escapulation  of our crawl space.

They were very professional and easy to work with.  They noticed there were logs that werents sealed properly when they got into my attic so they sealed the logs so the warm air would not escape thus keeping my home warmer. They had super competitive pricing as well.  They did not damage anything and they came on a day that was raining.  You would even noticed they were here.  My home feels better and other people do as well.  My home is so well insulated now. I fully expect to have my first bill drop at least if not more than $20 after this service. They arrived at my home at the scheduled time, right on the button. They also called ahead of time to let me know they were on their way.

I would highly recommend this company.  From the 1st visit to the completion of the work everything was outstanding.   

Comfort Zone Insulation provided a first class service in all three customer areas: Evaluation, Explanation, and Execution. Alvin Miller reviewed the entire project, and clearly explained choices, made recommendations and defined costs. The work and materials were applied and completed, exactly when and with the content that was on a through written estimate. We subsequently had a complete energy inspection and passed with no problem what so ever. This firm has a very high awareness of the importance of good work and customer satisfaction. Explanation and review are important so that the customer understands what is being provided and the value of the work and material content. I would give this firm five stars.

They did an excellent job.  Obviously how much somebody spends depends on what they have done.  We got another quote and their price was very competitive.  Their work was excellent.  The fellow who came in and did the quote was excellent.  The people showed up within a couple of days and they worked very hard.  They did a fantastic job.  The overall experience was excellent.  They did an excellent job.  Their price was very competitive.  The best that I can tell about quality is that, everything was fine.  They were good with responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism.  They were excellent.  We will use their services again in the future if we need to, but we hope we don’t need to.  We have in fact recommended them to the people next door.

The price was right; the installation crew was on time; they were very protective of my property; and they cleaned up after themselves quite satisfactorily.

The owner spent considerable time explaining the process, and his workers did a very thorough and efficient job.
