It went really well. I called about a week prior from MD and told them when I would be in Crossville and could I have the bed delivered the same day I purchased it.
They said to be there 9am when they opened. So I got there and found the delivery team was waiting for me while I picked out and paid for the bed. They loaded it up and followed me back to my house and the entire transaction was done in about 1 1/2 hours! I was so impressed I also purchased a small dining set later in the day and was able to transport to my house on my own.
The sales person was so helpful and the delivery crew were very courteous.
Wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this store/staff to others.
I would also feel good about purchasing more furniture in the future.
