GPS Heating and Air Conditioning

Here's the point: when you call this company, you get a answering machine. Ok. No front office help. Smaller organizations go this route . .but . . . two days after leaving a message on that machine, there is no return phone call? Not acceptable.

I replaced a furnace/air conditioning unit and received great service from James at GPS. He's the owner and did the installation also. Very professional from the initial visit to the post-install walk-thru. Highly recommended!

Fabulous service! They went above and beyond, even coming back late on a Saturday night to make sure the job was done properly. They were personable, friendly, helpful, and got everything working perfectly. I could not be happier and would recommend them unconditionally!

An electrician friend recommended GPS. Can't say enough good about GPS. Professional, great service, very fair price, yet less expensive than some of the bigger ones. Gave me some ideas to save money. Will call them in the future when we need service.

They went above and beyond by showing me pictures of the work done, checking out extra things I asked about, covering their shoes when entering the house...their number is in my contacts because I will definitely be calling them for any heating or air conditioning service/repairs.

this company is professional, punctual, and affordable. They do high quality work. They stay in touch with you. And they show up on time. They cleaned up all of their mess. Tested everything to make sure that it was functioning properly and offered ti come back if it wasn't, but that has not been an issue.

One of the things that matters to me is good communication. If you are going to be late or this is some problem - call me! James Donnell stayed in touch with me the whole time - told me when he would be arriving and doing the work, called when he thought he might be a little late and let me know how things were going. He gave me several choices of units to choose from and clearly explained the pros and cons of each. He did a good job at helping me to get to the right unit and did a great job of installing it. It went very smoothly and easily.
