FERRELLGAS

We would set up appointments for a specific day and time for them to fill the propane tank. They wouldn't show up. When we would call they would have no record of an appointment being made. Most times, the person we would talk to would have no idea what we were referring to, or they would show up without notice and not be able to fill the tank because they couldn't reach it. Why? Because we didn't know they were coming and hadn't left the gate unlocked and open. We finally had had it and switched propane companies. Trying to get Ferrellgas out there to pick up their tank was like pulling teeth. Not until we threatened to pull out the tank ourselves and sell it did we hear back from them. They picked up the tank and left us a receipt saying we were due a refund since some gas was left. Weeks go by-no refund. We call-they show no record of a refund. We tell them the information off the receipt they left us. They say, yes you have a refund but it will be 4-6 weeks reaching you.
