Stormguard did an outstanding job replacing my roof. They worked with me through every step with the insurance company. Quality materials and quality work. I think my yard was cleaner when the left. I want to thank Mike Austin for his professionalism and honesty with the numbers, It was scary at first but actually a fun process.

Storm Guard was able to inspect my roof, identify damages, work with my insurance and get my roof replaced for only my deductible. The wait was a bit long (5 months for me) and I know of others who have waited longer. They took care of all the negotiations with my insurance and saved me the headache of all of that. They even sent the final bill and pictures to my insurance so I just had to sign the checks. The communication while waiting was the only thing I didn't like. Otherwise; they got a 5-star review from me.

Be aware that this is a nationwide company. The local people from Johnson City, Tennessee, were very nice and did a good job, however, the communication, billing and scheduling was done thru corporate (I believe my representative was in South Carolina). It took over 7 months to get my new roof installed. Communication was horrible. It took days/ weeks to get an email or phone call returned from the corporate rep. They made several errors in the billing which came from a totally different person than my rep. I will NEVER use a nationwide company for a service again. I will only work with local contractors!

Signed in January for new roof. They took 5k. Jonathan Brown and Sarah refuse to keep me informed or return voicemails and texts. Canâ t comment on the quality of work because I canâ t get them to speak to me. The worst excuse for customer service I have ran into. Do not recommend!

Jonathan Brown is extremely professional and helpful. He helped me get my insurance to replace the roof instead of just repair spots. It took a few months with my insurance but he hung in there with me! I would highly recommend him.
