I go here because I have a Toyota, and they are close to my home. They are not the best pricing though.

Oil changes, fine. Bent plastic was a design flaw, apparently, and must be replaced to be fixed. That replacement would cost, so we are ignoring it. This place tried to help fix it, though, so they get marks for trying.

I bought a Tundra back in 2003 and purchased a lifetime oil change. I go in and get my truck serviced every 5k mikes and of course in addition to changing the oil they inspect everything else. It has becomes a sales ripoff. First they told me I needed a belt. Unbeknownst to them my regular repair shop had replaced it 3 months prior. Took it back to my repair shop where we took the belt off to see for ourselves. Belt was perfect. Next time the brakes were worn. Months prior I got a set of new tires and had the brakes redone. Still another time they told me I needed to have my transmission, differential, and transfer case drained. Imagine that, all tree needing service at the same time. Wanted $450 to do it. Went to my regular repair shop and they did the work for $210 and when we compared the drained fluid against the new fluid you could barely see the difference. In the opinion of an independent third party the three did not need servicing.

Very well! I really like the service representative, Nichole. She also helped me previously when I first bought this car and had a satellite radio installed. Quick service, very personable and helpful. It's a pleasure doing business with her.

They were always good to me. They're expensive. I have to go to another company to cut down on the expenses. My experience with them has been great. They're a great company.

I had not noticed any fluid leaking on the garage floor and $1,400 is a lot of money, so I decided to take the Sequoia to a reputable local shop that had been recommended to us years ago by Farmers Insurance Company for a second opinion. I told the proprietor that Wolfchase had found radiator cooland leaking from where the coolant pipe leads to the intake and at the water pump itself. Both the owner and his most senior techician did not find any leak; they performed a pressure check on the cooling system, and re-examined again the next day. No leaks. In their words, and quot;The vehicle is pristine and hs never had a coolant leak.and quot;
In addition to repairing the and quot;coolant leaks,and quot; Wolfchase Toyota recommended we spend an additional $1,000 on a tune-up, power steering flush, and transmission flush. These service maintenance items were not recommended at this time by the independent repair shop, nor are they listed as suggested items in Toyata's service manual for a vehicle with 65,000 miles.
Our call to Wolfchase Toyota to express our concern hs not been returned at the time of this review.

I have not had anything wrong with my car in 5 years. I don't have to wait long when I take my car in. If there is a long wait they take my phone number and I can go shopping or tooling around and then they call me to give me time to get to the dealership so I don't have to sit and wait in the waiting room. The quality of the work is reasonable and the price is good; I have never had a problem with them.
