They were always very professional. Its a great,clean environment. You don't have to wait very long when you go in and schedule your service. They let you know if anything else is needed. Everything is upfront.

The staff is great that is why we keep on going back to them. They know Toyota in and out so if I have any kind of mechanical problem with the car, I really can't tell you if they fixed it. That's the reason why we get Toyota because there's no maintenance problem with them. We really like Wolfchase Toyota.

Before settling on a purchase, I had looked at many other makes and models and visited at least one other Toyota dealer. This dealership sells A LOT of cars. They definitely have the best selection of new Toyotas in this area. I found a similar car a little cheaper at a different dealership, but they didn't have the color I wanted and the great price was only for the model on the lot. Wolfchase took the deal the other dealer's offer and gave me a very close price. I worked with at least 4 different sales people during my different visits and they were all very gracious about helping me even if someone else ultimately got the commission. One reason I went with this dealership is the service department. I have had other cars worked on here and always have been satisfied with the quality of service and professionalism of the service dept.
My only complaint would be the length of time it took to and quot;check outand quot; once I decided on the purchase. Because they do sell so many cars, there was a back-up checking out with the financial team. I had decided to buy around 4 pm, but it was after 8 pm before I was on my way home. In hind sight, I would have rather come back in the morning to finish up when I was fresh. Had I known it was going to take over 4 hours, I would have asked for that option.

A bit expensive for an oil change, but great service!!!

They are professional and they do what they say they are going to do. Their wait times are accurate. If they tell you how long it is going to take, that's usually a pretty good estimate that they give us. They have a show service and they have a nice waiting area with TV's and little tables. It's a comfortable waiting area.

They are a fabulous company that sells as well as services cars. They have been several recalls and they have always followed up with the recall notice for their business and even called me up to make sure that I get it done. They really follow up with any Toyota recall which is pretty awesome.

Service manager is wonderful. They get to your car. They call you in follow-up to make sure that you are happy and did not have any problems. You can buy coupon so that you can have discount on two vehicles and three coffees and a hot chocolate and that matters.

I was very happy with the service provided. Nicole is a great service adviser.

We have been using them since we got the car. He mentioned that he thought the transmission fluid was getting more expensive. He purchases it and he does the work himself. My husband does all that and I haven't heard any complaints other than the price. I would imagine that we will continue to use them.
