I started business in 1995. I specialize in painting (interior and exterior), replacing rotten wood, siding, doors and windows, building decks and arbors, fences, and home additions. Employees: Myself along with an average of 2 to 5 employees (depends on how large the project is) Sub-Contracting: Electrician, Plumber, and Tileman. Billing Procedures: 20% of payment upfront, 50% of payment during work, and 30% of payment upon completion of the housing project. Special Promotions: First customers get 5% off on job estimate.
