TURFCO TERMITE AND PEST CONTROL

Technician applying spray insecticide appeared to do a good job and sprayed all areas around the house for a barrier to prevent insects from entering the house. 
Technician arrived after appointment time scheduled with TURFCO office.  As a result, technician arrived too late to gain access to our house to spray inside.  This has happened many times!!  Appears to be due to poor communications or scheduling originating at the TURFCO front office.
Horrible billing system.  Paid by electronic debit for over 2 years so they controlled when and how much I paid.  However, quarterly bills were always inaccurate. One bill was off by $164 and when I called to sort it out the billing clerk stated - don't worry about it, our system isn't working.  Have not received a valid or accurate bill in over a year.
Have given these guys lots of slack in the past but they have used up all of my patience and I am cancelling my service with them.
Rated "F" by the Better Business Bureau of Memphis with over 60 complaints this year alone!

I am currently dealing with fraudulent charges from Turfco. I received an invoice for service that was cancelled - in writing - 2.5 YEARS ago, and when I called about it, I was told I was being turned into collections if I didn't pay. They have a history of screwed up billing, as I received invoices from them for a period of months following our move, and was told when I called that my account was settled, to "rip up any invoices" I received, and that they were having a problem with their system. Now, 2 years after the last "accidental" invoice was received, I get an invoice for 6 months worth. Also, Turfco's sister company is Fort Knox. Avoid both like the plague.

I pay $22 monthly for ongoing pest control. I pay a separate charge of $75/quarter for termite control. As far as I can tell, they really have done nothing in two years related to the termite contract. I had to call multiple times just to get someone out to check the traps recently. As far as pest control goes, they will show up and spray if I call and stay on them. Otherwise, they may not spray at all. There's no clear agreement as to when/how often they are required to spray. I think they just don't spray unless someone calls which I'm sure saves them money. Overall, they are not very professional, I would not recommend.

Because they did a poor job I cancelled and switched to another company, but they still kept debiting money from my bank account. I had to close my account and open an another one. I called them 3-4 times and faxed in my cancellation notice, but they still kept charging me. They wouldn't ever let me speak to a manager when I called. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I was facing a problem because of the weeds. My lawn looked awful initially, but after we got the weeding done along with the termite control work, it looked totally great.

I had no problems with them. I have used them several times, and they've always given me professional service. They are on time whenever I call them, do their job well, and leave no room for complaints.

They pest controlled my house. They did an ok job. They were punctual about their time and did their work on time. They were very neat at their work. But I don't know, they could do things differently, I guess, just be better. If I have other options, I will surely look at them
