I've used this company before and they did a good job, which is why I used them this time, but the end result was terrible. The tiles were poorly mounted to the walls and I understand the difficulty of working with these kind of tiles, but the job shouldn't be taken if they knew they didn't have a lot of experience of finesse in working with them. When the job was finished, the tiles were covered with grout film, chunks of grout were left all over the project that didn't get cleaned up, nor where they sealed, which in a bathroom was a must. They left grout and mud all over the plumbing, great gobs of it, as well as the wood trim in the bathroom that my construction guys doing finishing work stated they had never seen such a mess left by a tile guy before that they had followed. They stated they would never accept a job where they had to follow this company again as it made their job more difficult to clean up after the tile work so they could finish. I even picked grout and mud off the glass on the bathroom window. There was grout and mud smeared on walls outside the bathroom, pictures, every surface that was traveled between inside and out was dirty and left for me to clean, including computer equipment. I have scratches and gouges in my hardwood floors upstairs where grout/mud was dropped and then ground in because they didn't bother to protect my floors as they were working. I'm still mopping the film that was left in the rooms outside the bathroom that was worked on.My husband and I spent 3 days cleaning the tile and sealing it ourselves, but the mess that was left outside is equally as bad. There is dirty grout/mud water splatters all over my driveways and carport, but the worse thing is in one of my flower beds outside.I have an area that is hardscaped with a large river rock walkway, pea gravel in between, with flowers and trees set against a deck area. This is where the tile guy decided to dump his dirty water. We have splashes all over the deck, flowers, tree, and the river rocks are incrusted with dried grout and mud as well as the pea gravel is now a clump of rock stuck into the dried mess. We will have to dig up the rocks, clean them, purchase and replace the pea gravel and just hope the dirty water stains will eventually fade on our deck. We had to spend numerous hours (and are still spending), along with a good amount more money, to fix the mess he made after he did a poor to fair job in the bathroom itself. I will NEVER use this company again, and would warn anyone away from using them. It isn't worth it.
