Robert arrived early, was extremely thorough going through our systems, and very friendly. It makes you feel good giving business to good folks like Thomas and Sons. They are inexpensive but don't let that fool you, you're getting top notch service!

Great service! I have had Mr. Thomas service my ancient AC unit each summer for a couple years now. He always returns calls quickly, and he will come evenings and weekends. Very nice, honest, and professional. He really cares about his work and his customers. I highly recommend him!

The first A/C repair company I called to service unit insisted I needed expensive repairs or more likely replace compressor unit. The unit had been working fine but I decided that a and quot;spring tune-upand quot; after 9 years couldnt hurt...right? This first A/C contractor did the spring tune-up and less than a week later I was having problems. Again, no problems for 9 years until first contractor put their hands on it.
Thomas and Sons saved the day, for less than $100, and I am trouble free a year and a half later!

Most companies did not even return our calls on Sunday on a holiday weekend. He came out right away and was concerned for our having to endure the heat until he could get the part. He was at the warehouse when it opened on Tuesday morning. On the return visit he found out that he should have replaced 2 parts on the original visit. He replaced both parts at no charge.
