+ -1 moreThe TV I bought did not work properly. It made a loud noise while turned off, which was apparently a common defect in this model. I wanted to return the TV immediately due to the 7 day return policy but the salesman told me he would look into getting it fixed or replaced and not to worry about the 7 day return policy. The TV was replaced (after repeated calls) with a model that made the same noise. When I finally returned it, he charged me a 15% "re-stocking fee" because it was outside the 7 day period. He also called me an a****** when I expressed my displeasure. In my opinion, this guy is crook and I would never recommend that anyone trade with this company!
Description of Work: Bought a 47 inch flat screen which didn't work properly. Owner refused to refund the full amount of purchase. Owner was extremely rude.
