The Cleaning Authority

Dusting left a lot to be desired. Bathrooms were barely touched. Came at 2:30 and left at 4, so 1.5 hours for $98.00. I am going to try another person or company and see how they do. Did nothing to mirrors or picture frames. Do not want the back at this time

Terrible. They came 3 times and each time the ruined or broke something which wasn't discovered until after they had left. First time was the dark brown bath rug. It had a bleached out footprint, but the rug was turned over so it wouldn't show. Not really a big deal. Second time was the access panel to the jetted bathtub was pushed in and again nothing was said just left that way. Third and last time was the faucet in the tub in the bathroom. It was damaged and had to be replaced. Called the office and they denied doing anything to it. The girl that was cleaning in the bathroom said she didn't even turn the water on. How do you clean a bathtub without turning on the water? It was fine that morning and that evening it was ruined. Had to hire a plumber to fix it. That was the last straw and they were asked not to come back. I understand things happen, but to deny or accept responsibility for damages is totally unacceptable.

The office manager is very very hard to contact and does not resolve any matters discussed. I came home today after the cleaning to dirty floors and a dusty house. Very disappointing.

These two cleaning ladies DID THE BEST JOB I HAVE EVER HAD. I am completely satisfied with the work they did, their pleasant attitudes and the way they went about their work. The man who came to my house for the free estimate was excellent. Rick was very clear and they provided exactly the service I asked for. I've scheduled them every four weeks unless I need more. Thank you cleaning authority!

Although the owner has high expectations and is very confidant his employees can provide great service, this just was not the case for us. They provide a great list of what is to be done on each visit and through the rotating system every rooms gets a top to bottom cleaning every few weeks - or at least in theory.
I should have known there would be an issue when on the very first visit I had to call the company to tell them that although a very nice checklist of things that were done was left, that was not the case. Another crew came out the next day to clean the house so the responsiveness was quick and professional.
There seemed to always be something left undone each visit (and I continued to use them for a few months so there were lots of opportunities to ensure it wasn't a one time thing). There were times the house wasn't vacuumed or dusted when the checklist left behind specifically stated these items were done.
Each time I called to express my concerns about the unmet expectations, the person in charge of this was very responsive and polite. At the end of the day, it no longer made a difference how polite and professional I was treated, the cleaning standards just were not being met.

They do an excellent job. They were responsible. The ladies we've used had been very nice and very professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a cleaning services.
