Summit Landscapes

We have employed Summit Landscapes since 2006 when Jason was building  his business.  We had him do a lot of landscaping when we first started with him.  We were in a new home and we worked with Jason to decide what we wanted.  He and his crew did exactally what we decided on in a very timely manner and reasonable price.

Jason and his crew are reliable, always striving to please & happy to work with us if we need a schedule change or have something out of the norm done.
We also have the grass clippings bagged and removed once a year.  This past year we had them refreash our mulch, again, they did a Great job at a reasonable price

They were not very good.  I think they can improve with their communication.  We were not particularly happy with them. 

told to only use a push mower in back, not riding. first cut, used riding and tore up yard. left gate open when finished. didn't blow off areas. didn't bill. on 8/8, said he was billing me that day and didn't receive till he dropped off on 8/21. didn't show up every week. didn't return phone calls in a timely fashion, e.g., call on monday, you get call back on friday. disappeared. cut yard on 8/3. called several times starting on 8/18 when yard not cut on 8/10 or 8/17. no return phone calls. on 8/19, left message i was getting someone else to start cutting next day if i didn't hear back from him. he didn't call and i replaced him. on 8/21, he called and said he'd been out of town and sorry, but understood i had gotten someone else. left bill in mailbox.
