He was very responsive and through. Maybe too through as all other neighbors only replaced the carpet. The cost was very high but for all the work done maybe not. We needed help and he came. The area was overwhelmed with flooding and we were lucky to reach D and w.

The door was. Not a problem. Painting the door ended up being a big problem. The first painting I wanted the door to look like wood so I was told my the mfg to use a gel. The contractor did as I suggested And used the gel. It was terrible. He had to take completely off and redo. He worked until I was satisfied

We were not happy with how it turned out. We had dog pee stains and they did not come out. We got the deodorizer and everything. It was pretty pricey. We also had them do an area rug. It sounds like they do tons of things. We just had them do all the carpets, stairs, area rugs. They were quick and were really friendly. We have a dog that gets up the stairs when she is scared during thunderstorms and she pees on the carpet. That's the main thing is that I wanted the pee out of the carpet. She's a puppy, she's under 2. They said that it would come out and it didn't. To spend that amount of money and not have it work, I was bummed. I never called them back to have them come out.

Adequate job

I contacted the company last week and they made an appointment for today to come out and clean two recliners. I found a coupon in the Angie's List magazine that can be applied for a minimum job of $100. He didn't even make me use it - cleaning both recliners for $80.00. He performed the work quickly, did an excellent job, and he was very thorough. I feel like their prices were very reasonable. The gentleman who did the work was professional, well-dressed, and thanked me for my business. I will definitely use them again, and I have already recommended to friends and family.

The whole process took about an hour and a half. First the technician sprayed all the carpets with the cleaning solution. Then he sprayed the deodorizer. The last step was vacuuming up all the solution. The technician told me that it would take all night for the carpets to dry. With the fans going in each room, they were dry by that night at about 11pm. The technician was very friendly and shared with me what he was doing thru the whole process! He was a very nice man!

The water pipes from my air conditioner in the attic backed up. We did not notice until Saturday night because it was in a less used part of the house. By the time we noticed, 3 rooms were 3 inches deep in water and there was black mold all over the carpets. The ceiling came down in a closet and it was a horrible smelly mess. I was in hysterics and called my insurance company. Joey from Service Master called me within an hour after I contacted the insurance company on Saturday night and arranged to come out first thing Sunday morning. They spent all morning working and cleaned up the whole mess, cutting out carpet and drywall and checking for mold and moisture in all the walls. They were very professional and reassuring! They set up fans and dehumidifiers and came back 3 more days until everything was dry. I was so freaked out! They were so nice and did such a wonderful job. I would use them again in a second! I called Joey several times after hours and he always responded right away to answer my questions. I am very happy with them! I cannot list what it cost, because it was handled through my insurance company.

This is the second time I have used the services of this company. Joey, the technician, is a professional. When he is finished, you know that you have hired the right man! Job well done! Absolutely an A+ !

They were really good. They were in and out in about 30 minutes. They did what they said they would do and did not try to sell me a bunch of extra stuff. They did well. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

I called several carpet cleaning companies. David quoted me a price based on the number of rooms. He was very polite. They arrived promptly at the scheduled appointment time. David, the owner, accompanied his two employees. They did a very good job.

I am very pleased with their services. I commend them for their loyalty of 10 years of service to me. I would have no problem at all recommending them to others.
