Jesse with Roto Rooter came out to clean some roots from our main drain. Previous company (Conway) had been out about a week earlier but apparently didn't use the right head on the auger so we were having problems again within that week. Conway had stated a one year warranty on their coupon but wouldn't honor it even a week later. We called Roto Rooter & talked to Jesse explained what happened with previous company and he felt sure we didn't not need to replace any of the main drain like Conway was wanting to do at a huge price. Jesse with Roto Rooter came out used a different auger head than the other guy had used. The Roto Rooter cost was $200 with a 3 month warranty and Jesse assured us the 3 month warranty would be honored. Work was done on August 9, 2017. However we did not have to call him again. He advised us to use a root dissolving product once or twice a year. We took that advice and as of May of 2018 we have had no problem so far. If we do again, we would certainly call Jesse with Roto-Rooter. We have learned it is better to use a company that has an experienced tech who knows the right tools to use and specializes in clearing roots from a main drain.

Our main line was blocked. It was a Saturday night 8:45. Called Roto Rooter. Their customer service agent was professional and polite. The Roto Rooter agent was at our house by 9:30. Line was cleared and agent left by 10:30. Insanely smooth process.

Both services were assured done on check was hot water. Due to physical illness I was unable to check. On Sunday no hot water and a struggle to check basement showed water - sum-pump not set properly. *****When I brought this to their attention on Monday the responded by sending Carlos out to assist me. He fixed everything and there was no charge. ********* I am beyond words on how thankful I am to Roto-Rooter of Cordova. Thank you.

Great experience. The plumber was at my door less than 1 hour after my first for an appointment and the job was done less than an hour later. The cost was a little more than I hoped to pay, but to coupon on Angie's List helped a little.

Not happy. The repairman repaired the drip, but reinstalled the shower handle incorrectly. The handle was installed 90 degrees off. The hot valve is now in the down position. I am surprised the repairman did not inspect his work. I was not home. I called the company the next morning and they did not offer to repair the problem immediately. They gave me the next available appointment two days away. This is poor customer service for a problem they created. I work in the quality field and I would never treat my customers in this manner. I fault the Customer Service Representative for not recognizing this issue of poor workmanship and giving Roto-Rooter a bad name. If the repairman followed up on his repair this would also not be an issue.

Everything was wonderful. I personally was not there for the repair but my sister was and she when I checked in with her while the tech, Shawn, was there she told me everything that was going on. She said he was very nice and professional. He fixed the leak and also replaced tub spouts in both bathrooms. We will be using Roto-Rooter again if ever needed.

Considering it was Saturday, a service person was able to come out in a couple of hours. He properly cleared the clog and made sure that the water drained well before he left. Six month warranty provided.

My husband had them do some work for us. I think that was a rip off and that their prices are too high. Their price was just their labor price. I would tell others unless they got a good understanding of what it is that they are charging me for.

Our regular plumber was not available for an appointment until several days later, so we called Roto Rooter.
They were prompt in scheduling an appointment for the same day and the plumber arrived on time.
He was efficient in correcting both problems in less than 45 minutes.
The charge for parts was $69.78 and the charge for labor was $378.00. This seems an exorbitant overcharge for the time
spent and the relatively minor nature of the problems we were experiencing.
The next time we have a plumbing issue we will wait for our usual provider who charges $115 per hour.

Technician Dustin promptly called me after finishing his prior job and I was able to actually troubleshoot the problem with my kitchen disposal and slowly draining sink over the phone with his expertise, so no service call was even necessary and it didn't cost me a dime! Very pleased with this outcome and would recommend him and Roto-Rooter Cordova highly
