I also recommended service to inlaws who used for a repair and later for a new roof, and they were very satisfied.

They were cut in the estimated time and we had new appliances that Mr. Ferguson's team helped us fit into the cabinets which was not part of what we had contracted for.  {They were not fitting due to incorrect dimensions]  
Overall the experience was much less unpleasant than we had anticipated and we believe it was due to Mr. fegusons team keeping us posted of arrivals and keeping our expectations in line. The price was more reasonable than others we had received

I called my insurance company in regards to storm damage to my roof in May 2011.  An estimator for the insurance company came out and examined the roof and gave me an estimate for repairs.  I filed the estimate for the roof repair with my insurance company in May of 2011and was promptly paid an prorated amount.  After receiving four other estimates from roofers and other roofing companies I called I called Mr. Bruce Ferguson with Roof and Home Solutions for an estimate.  Mr. Ferguson came out and gave me an estimate on May 24th.  The work was started and completed on June 10th.  I started getting letters from the insurance company saying they had not received the final invoice for repairs and statement of repairs. This paperwork was given to Mr. Ferguson at the same time I paid him for the roof repair due to the fact that it had to signed by him and notarized then sent to my insurance company.  I called Mr. Ferguson to inform him that the insurance company had not received this paperwork and asked him to send it.  I received two more letters from the insurance company stating they still had not received this information. I called Mr. Ferguson, emailed him and sent him letters via postal mail along with a copy of the letter sent to me from the insurance company. Still no response.  I was able to get in touch with Mr. Ferguson in September of 2011 and he said he had been sick and would get the information together and send it that weekend. In November I received the third letter from the insurance company.  When I talked to him in November I informed him that I also needed the warranty papers on the shingles since they carry a 25 year warranty.  He said that he would drop the final invoice and the warranty off at my home.  He called me later that afternoon and said that he forgot that he didn't have the warranty papers with him at that time but would mail the warranty papers and the final invoice the next day.  I told him to go ahead and leave the final invoice at the house and then mail the warranty papers. I have left him voice mails and sent him emails regarding these warranty papers.  When I did talk to him on the phone in December of 2011, he said he was going to have to get the warranty papers from his distributor and would send them to me.  As of January 4, 2012 I still have not received the warranty papers for the shingles. 

Mr. Ferguson never did inform me of the status of the tile repair or the window seal repair.

I will NEVER use Mr. Ferguson or Roof and Home Solutions nor will I refer them to anybody.
