My husband and I had been buying bathroom fixtures and building materials for several months in preparation of the remodel. We got 3 contractors to come out and take measurements and get the scope of work. While Ryan's bid was a few thousand higher than the others, we were really confident with him after contacting his references and seeing some of his work. He has two of his own workers that worked on demolition, tiling, carpentry, and other general labor. Both were very polite and respectful of our home. They also cleaned up at the end of each day which we really appreciated. Ryan subcontracted out the electrical and plumbing. Ryan did everything as promised and the end result is fantastic. We absolutely love our finished bathroom and he was such a pleasure to work with. I would absolutely recommend him for any major renovation you want in your home. He is very responsive. Of course, all renovations run into snags. He was able to make recommendations for all the glitches we ran into and didn't stop until we were completely satisfied. Don't hesitate to give him a chance to make your dream room come to life.
