James Ramsey was very punctual and professional. He returned my voicemail within minutes and scheduled an appointment for the next day. He called my wife to verify she would be home and worked with her to schedule the most convenient time. He has previously replaced my water heater, and did an excellent job; his son even swept out my basement!
