RALEIGH TIRE SERVICE-EAST

Everyone was very friendly and professional. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The service was provided quickly. They told me they would have to order the tire but could complete the repair today. I left the tire with them. They called within a few hours to say the work was complete. I returned with my car and they mounted it on the care for me. The next day I had a low air pressure warning and asked them if they could check it for me they agreed. I went by and within 30 minutes had checked all the sensors and air pressure in my tires and determined that it was simply low air pressure. There was no charge for this service.I greatly appreciated their generosity.

They're pretty thorough with the work that they do. They're honest and overall they do a good job.

Very well. I have done business with them for years, and I'm always treated with courtesy and respect. One time previously, I brought my car in because the brakes were making noises, and I thought I needed NEW brakes. The technician brought me to the back and showed me that the brakes had accumulated dust, which simply needed to be blown off with air pressure. NO CHARGE! I had my checkbook in hand, sure that I needed brake work, and I went out paying nothing.
I will continue to do business with them because of their honesty, good prices, and excellent customer service.

The tires weren't balanced very well, it shook more than ever, I have 8 tires but I was only getting the 4, and then with the front end alignment it was often still pulled to one side so I didn't have a very positive experience with them. They seemed like they were trying to upsell me on other services and stuff and it's kind of pricey. They told me they will have it done by the end of the day and they promised me they would and I traveled over there a few minutes before they closed, they still haven't finished all the work and told me I had to come back the next day so I wasn't happy with that either. The other thing they did was when I had a flat one on of the wheels right after that that they had mounted on the car and it was so tight that I ended breaking a stud off, I was very mad about that. It's very hard to see and get the tire off, I didn't like that at all. I didn't go back to them, I didn't complain to them, I thought it was just pointless, I just went ahead and did the repair myself as far as replacing the studs. I just didn't bother them anymore, I just didn't want to go back.

My experience with Raleigh Tire was great. I knew I was going to be spending a lot based on the amount of work I wanted completed. The folks at service center were very nice and agreed to help me prioritize the list of maintenance items based on what the car needed most. The total cost was approximately $1500. They finished all the work in one day. I was very impressed at their transparency and timeliness.

I have been doing business with them for the last three years. I enjoy working on my own cars but there are just somethings I can not do in my garage. They know this and never look at me funny if I have to bring my cars in because I could not do it right. They also split the quotes up for me so I can see what I can save by doing part of a job by myself. I replaced the rear lug studs by myself and they did the front.
I also got a quote from them on replacing the motor mounts. I know I can replace the top one but I am not sure about the lower one. They again quoted them so I can:
(A) compare prices with other companies
(B) check cost of replacement items
(C) check with other people to see if I can do it

The customer service was kind and considerate regarding informing me about coupons on their website. They said it would take three hours but it took 5 1/2 making it difficult to get a ride.

I was considering purchasing a 2001 VW Beetle from an individual and took it to Raleigh Tire Service - East for an inspection. The inspection was very thorough and uncovered major mechanical issues with the vehicle, and the service rep recommended I not buy the car. He could have just as easily recommended I buy the car in order to try to sell me their repair services. I was very pleased with the attitude, professionalism, and honesty of the service rep.

They were quick. The job was well done and within the price estimate provided. Overall a very good experience.

Our car had a tire that had a nail in it. We took it to Raleigh Tire in Collierville, where they removed the nail and plugged the tire. Service was quick and the price was reasonable. They were honest, dependable, and quick. Highly recommended.

They are good. They are quick in getting the work done. They are very responsive and nice. I have never had to take my car back there after they fixed something. I would recommend them to others.

I called and was told that someone could get to it that AM, got car there and was called when it was ready, which was as they said.
We were well pleased.

Car (97 Honda Oddesy) would not start in parking lot across the road. We towed car to their lot. They agreed with our guess that the starter was dead (it was smoking) and gave us a time and cost estimate within 15 minutes of our arrival. Estimated time to completion, 2 hours. We left to run errands and were heading back when they called us to say it was all done, in just less than 2 hours. Price was exactly as estimated. Excellent, pleasant and helpful service.

My front bumper was damaged in a hit and run. It was a total mess. I got these guys to change the front bumper of my car. Their work was neat and perfect.

I have two cars. We get their tires checked every month. Raleigh is very professional, always on time and you can rely on the job they do. I must say they are perfect. They retreaded one tire in my car this time around.
