It took a little longer than I had expected, but the workers and the owner were courteous, professional and hard working. If I had it to do over again, the only thing I would change is to use a better grade of cross ties for the wall around the patio.

. He came up with a detailed blue print, he came to the house, and he was very eager for the work. He suggested things and gave me exactly what I wanted negotiated with the price, which was cut in half. Six to eight months back it was $8000 and I told him it would be $1500. Then he came up with $3000. Then he came up with $800 for irrigation system. Pretty much to the plan on the whole and the landscape included some palm trees. He followed up and had a break through. He was really easy to work with. He did an excellent job. He was very professional and I had a very positive experience with him. The only thing I feel bad about is the work he does. I plan to use him in the future.
