"[Member's name removed] went with me to pick out all materials because it was custom.. my tile man quit halfway thru and I had to bring in another.. I sent licensed plumbers and electricians to complete the job. it did take longer than expected but she had my electrician over to do extra work so she must have liked the work..i tried my hardest to complete this job and she did pay me fully..maybe it wasn't so bad after all .no one is happy when it takes longer than expected."
Tub is too complicated for old person to operate and no instruction booklet. One sheet of copy paper
It took over 3 months and probably 10 service calls to keep it working and still does strange things!
"this walk-in tub had some problems after we installed it so I actually had the factory owner and technician to come all the way to tunica to repair it at no cost.we atayed until it was operating properly and showed her how to use it I have not heard from her in 2 years .."
