Pool Sharks

They consistently show up, on time, do their service routine without supervision and are cordial when I see them. It’s wonderful to be able to reach a human being in short order if I have questions or need something.

One week later and receiving an invoice for two visits, I still do not have usable pool. Work was done on last Satursday and was asked to pay for additional visit to finish and have a clear water useable pool. We agreed. But even after that follow up visit work was not completed. Pump settings were not configured, Polaris vaccum was not hooked up. Even after multiple calls, no one showed up at our house to complete the vacuuming of the pool and getting pool swim ready. I received an invoice for services and all the chemicals added but I still do not have a pool that I can use. When a company says that they open the pool I expect them to open it and bring it to a condition that customers can use. Not wait for follow up after follow up and pay for services that don't bear result.

So far so good.

Great. The crew came and did the work in a quiet and clean fashion. They cleaned up after the job was complete. They filled pool and came for a couple of weeks after to ensure salt/chemicals/pump etc. were at correct levels and working properly. They even ensured that the pool fence was properly shut when they left every day. We did not want to have to spend this, but it was necessary since the tiles and plaster were literally falling in the pool. We got three quotes. Pool Sharks had the best price though they were all close, but the added perk of them coming and caring for the pool after the job was the deciding factor. Very professional.

Awesome!  Jack Cantrell with Pool Sharks was outstanding to work with!  He and his crew did a wonderful job and was able to make it work to a very tight schedule we had for a July 4 event.  The more I talked to Jack the more I appreciated him and his professionalism and customer-centric approach to doing business!  His pricing was very competitive.  There would be absolutely no hesitation from my side to use Jack and his team again.  If there was an A ++ rating, I would give it to them.  One of the best contractors of any type with whom I have worked!

:After going through two different pool service companies I did not have any high expectations -- these previous companies gave me contradictory information on how to properly maintain my pool etc. Through Angies list i found pool sharks. I finally found someone that:
 
a) Is a profesional and knows exactly what they are talking about
 b) cares about customer service. 
We started with the liner, we bought a house and the liner was approximately 10 years old so it was time for a replacement. Our pool is a regular rectangular shaped pool with ladders, it did not have any steps, something that can be an issue if you have older people visiting or younger children. We decided to install wedding cake shaped steps in the shallow end and remove the ladder on that side that happened to be installed right on top of one of our jets. We decided to go with the 27mil liner, which is a little more expensive but thicker, less likely to have leaks. The installation went flawlessly, all his workers were very polite. Jack the owner came to check on the progress multiple times. I was told by a previous pool company that our pool did not have enough circulation and that we needed to change the pump etc etc. Pool sharks fixed my jets when they replaced the liner and now they are super strong. Plenty of circulation. Total cost 3700$
After we were done with the liner, we decided to go ahead and convert to salt since we were spending a fortune in chemicals. We went through a little bit of a hiccup on this one, but Jack was quick to correct this. The two installers showed up late, were not very personable, left without telling me, and when I went to check on the installation, the salt cell was leaking all over the place. I immediately contacted Jack, and first thing in the morning the next day Sergio came over to correct whatever happened. Everything was fixed and now I do not have to spend a fortune in chemicals. 1700$
After a few weeks passed we noticed our pool level was getting too low. Again we contacted pool sharks and they came to the rescue. They were able to locate a leak in one of the return jets by using this giant stethoscope and doing something with the pump. They had to bust through our concrete and patch it up again. They located the leak, fixed it and repaired the concrete. 1500$. 
After much renovations and updates, we are able to enjoy our pool without it being a hassle. Everything works and the salt system really makes a difference when it comes to maintenance. Everybody comments on how nice the pool looks. I will never use another pool company. I will definitely use them when it is time to close the pool. 
Other conveniences/perks/pros that I love:
1. Jack always checks and responds via email -- no need to be calling all the time. 
2. They have an electronic payment system (no need to mail checks etc)
3. The ladies that work at the office are very polite and nice
4. Sergio is top of the line (Jacks right hand man from what I understand) 
5. His workers overall are excellent 
6. Jack checks on installations etc to make sure everything is up to par. The one time I had a complaint he handled it quick and efficiently. 
7. They know what they are talking about and will not try to sell you things you do not need.

I have used them for my pool service also.  I thought they did a good job in putting a new liner in the pool.

Work was a bit late getting started due to delivery of steps; once steps arrived work proceeded very well. There is a small leak on the waste side of the new filter piping but it has been noted and will be fixed shortly.  The pump switch was not working right and the replace a switch I furnished at no additional cost to me.

Jack and his crew did a great job getting the work done during some rainy days.  Overall, I am very satisfied with his work.

They were very good. Arrived on time, thoroughly cleaned, and gave my son some tips on what to do for minor fixes after we parted ways. Very reliable as well.
