Pied Piper Pest Control-Memphis

We signed up for a one year agreement with this company. Initially everything was pretty good, our calls were returned, and service was promptly scheduled. The technicians that came to our house were always prompt and professional. We had a billing issue. When we signed up, we used an Angie's List offer that was supposed to get us one free treatment with a year's worth of treatments. They invoiced us for this treatment and it took us a lot of time on the phone back and forth to get it fixed. Then they stopped coming quarterly and did not tell us. We have been trying for weeks to schedule an appointment and have not gotten a response. Since our year is up we are looking for another pest control company. I would NOT do business with this company again.

I was able to easily schedule an appointment with their main office. I arrived home just a few minutes later than the scheduled time and the pest control guy was waiting for me. He was very respectful and explained the treatment process and what all I should expect to see over the upcoming weeks as far as dead cockroaches popping up around the house. They never promised that the roach issue would go away after one visit, but we are greatly encouraged by how many dead bugs we've seen. They also use natural repellents so you don't have to worry about your pets getting sick over the house treatment.

Pied Piper is fantastic! They are professional every step of the way. Setting up an appointment that worked for us was as easy as a simple phone call. The team of two exterminators arrived on time. They asked if we were having any problem areas and then got down to work. They sprayed inside and outside. They were friendly, professional, and detailed. Our home had sat vacant for quite some time, so they said we might need an additional spot service. When we had some spiders, we called and they set up an appointment just three days out. They arrived on time and sprayed the interior and exterior. There was no additional fee for the service since we have the annual plan. The exterminators were again friendly and professional.

I use Pied Piper both for my home and a rental property that I own.  When I bought my house there was a mix-up on whether it had a preexisting termite contract.  I got a couple of quotes on getting a new contract set up and not only was Pied Piper the best value but they also were the company I used on my previous home, which I decided to keep and rent out.  Ryan does a great job, is very punctual and personable, and I look forward to dealing with him each year at renewal.  I highly recommend him to everyone.

They responded promptly and provided an estimate to treat the problem, estimating that it would take 2-3 chemical treatments and trapping might be necessary. They also began treatment promptly and did 2 chemical treatments. I was told they would return in 1-2 weeks to evlauate whether further treatment and use of traps would be needed. They have not returned and have not responded to 3 messages about further steps.

As stated before , this owner is very reliable and easy to deal with.

I called Mr. Barnett, who was very courteous. He did the work promptly and professionally. Removing all nest and completely eradicating the pest.

Pied Piper is a great company owned by a single guy. He is just amazing with his pest control work. He is friendly, affordable and wonderful to work with. He calls back right away if you call him and comes to do the work almost immediately. I would happily recommend his services to others in my community because he has provided me with such wonderful pest control services.

We had used this company for over 20 years, and they have been very wonderful people to deal with. They were prompt and experienced in their line of work, and when they were finished I didn't notice any odor. Their service was just great.
