Pest Patrol

The treatments are working very well and the office staff were truly pleasant over the phone. The only thing I would work on is the supervisor over pest control wasn't as pleasant as the office staff and it made the interaction very awkward in my home. The second spray for ants was much, much better the technician talked to me and his energy was really upbeat. I now have termite coverage with the company as well. If you need termite service please ask for Mr. Shaun Gilman!! He is the most personable person in the world and he really helps you understand the process.

We had a contract for pest control services. After a couple of visits, including an expensive initial visit, they stopped coming quarterly as stated in our contract. We contacted them and were told they had some sort of data issue and lost our information. We again contracted them to come quarterly, and again they failed to show up. They are not returning our phone calls. Stay away from this disorganized company, all they will do is get you into a contract and then rip you off!

Very good, I will use this company again for spring pest spraying.

We have a couple of rental houses.  Have used Troy on those and our personal residence.  He is always on time, through and prices fairly.
Recently bought a new "older" home with a pest infestation in attic.  He did an excellent job in removing and eliminating problem areas. Price included removal of all builtup debris in the attic, removal of soiled insulation and replacement, repairs to stop entry.  Work done over a series of days to protect against future issues.

Everything went well. He showed up on time, told me exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. now my home is insect and rat free. overall he was very professional, and very knowledgeable.

Extremely nice on the phone. I called multiple companies on a weekend and they were the first company to call me back. We had been dealing with the smell of a dead animal but I was not able to locate it. They quickly scheduled the appointment, and had someone out in a few days. They were able to find the animal under the attic insulation. They even went beyond our expectations by pulling back more insulation to make sure there were no more little critters. They cleaned up the area, removed the animal. I was hesitant to use a small company, also because the price they quoted was less than all of the competition. The smell is now gone and we can use our room again. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them for any work you need done.

I have used Troy from Pest Patrol for years and there is no way I would ever use any other provider!!  Troy is top notch, he is the friendliest guy around, always precisely on time, calls prior to arriving and is the definition of thorough.  If I so much as think I see a bug between quarterly services, I simply call Troy and he is there ASAP for free.  Although, I never seen anything alive between services.  Also, Troy is very very reasonably priced.  My home is about 2400 square feet and I pay $40 per quarterly service.
