Items missed included an air conditioning system that was 2 sizes too small for the house, a significant rat infestation that was clearly visible, and very low water flow to the house due to supply lines not being to code.
I have since learned that realtors are not supposed to choose house inspectors for their clients, which makes me question the relationship between the two in the first place.
