Horrible company. Do NOT TRUST This company. They ruined my house. I ended up having to hire another plumber to fix everything they destroyed. My biggest issue was they charged me for things they didn?t not do. Also they took about two cigarette breaks per hour and left the butts in my yard.

The price I paid was triple the quote given on homeadvisor. When I say this technician did not do anything that required close to 400 dollars worth of work. The price I paid makes me hesitant to go on homeadvisor for recommendations.

HUGE RIP OFF. Wish there was something called a 0-STAR rating. I was originally going to write a great review until I checked around after the fact. They said no service charge to come out. Something was wrong with the faucet handle that regulates the hot water. It was a simple fix. The technician turned the water off outside, came back in the house, took the handle off the faucet, made a 10-second adjustment, put the handle back on, turned on the water, then I turned on the faucet back on and it worked perfect. No parts to repair or replace and only took 5 minutes or so to fix. Now I understand why there was no service call fee, which is why I called them, because they get you in the end with a Diagnostic/Service charge for $186.00. I thought about this all night, and today 10/24/2019 called 5 more plumbing companies to ask them what they would have charged for the same thing. It would have been just the service charge for coming out which was between $45 and $90 so in the long wrong, when you think your getting a fair deal, you are really getting ripped off. Sorta of like a Catch 22. Do not use this company. I wish I had checked with other companies first. The representative Terry was very sweet until I complained. She called me the next day and after I complained the called ended up with her hanging up in my face.

Outstanding Customer Experience! Selected Mr Rooter on Sunday, 03/11/18, and spoke to helpful lady and tech to request a date to fix issue. On Monday morning, 03/12/18, helpful lady from Mr Rooter called and sent Jamey. Slightly after noon, Jamey fixed issue! Jamey was extremely knowledgable, courteous, honest, and efficient. He presented options, plan A and plan B, with associated cost. Jamey spent less than 15 minutes and the work area remained clean at all time. Equally important, no hidden cost, no additional unnecessary work /cost, and cost is most competitive.

They added a 3 yr warranty for $99 on an outdoor faucet that cost $250., without discussing with me. Informed the office but they did not give me a call back to discuss removing this charge.

I had a gas line installed for gas logs

The technician was friendly and helpful and tried everything for the problem.

The plumber was actually early, he called first. My son was there while he did the work. When I got home I could not tell that he had been there except for the fact there was running water in the kitchen sink. No packaging, plumbing parts, old pipes, or the usual dirt & grime that comes with having someone repair something in your house. Price was great.

Very prompt service and the plumbing trchnician was both very knowledgeable and honest about what needed to be done.
