I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone. The units were mismatched and the duct work was all done wrong. I had to spend another $4,000 after they did the work to have someone else come and fix their mistakes. I think they were terrible.

Martin Heating & AC did a so, so job installing my new air conditioner. The first time the inspector came out the unit failed, but the inspector explained it was just little parts that failed. I called the gentleman and had to fuss with him for several days to get him to come back out and re-do the work. I felt like every time I asked him to do something, or had a question for him, he fast talked me, and just gave me the quick answer to get me to leave him alone. The original reason I went with Martin Heating & Ac was because of their prices. I shopped around quite a bit and found he had the best prices I could find. He was also suppose to bring out 2 new filters for my air conditioner, and 6 weeks later he still hasn't brought them out. The first time he brought me 2 different filters, for the same unit, neither of which fit.
